Through our internship program, you’ll have the opportunity to collect hands-on experience in a thriving and unique marketing company. Current Openings
Content Operations Intern
Are you a pro at spotting details from a mile away? Do you find joy in ensuring that every video is picture-perfect before it goes live? If so, we have an amazing opportunity for you to put your skills to use and join our dynamic team!
Social Media Intern
The Social Media Intern will be responsible for collaborating with the social media team in implementing video content for YouTube Shorts, Instagram and TikTok for 15+ brands using AI. The candidate will have a strong working knowledge of major social media platforms, both personally and professionally, as well as working knowledge of Canva and Promo.

Will positions be remote or in-person?All positions will be in-person at our sparkling, newly renovated offices in Plymouth, MN. Interns will be provided their own space where they can work, collaborate, and chat with the other interns in the program! While we would love to have everyone in the office, we understand that it may not be an option for everyone and are open to further discussion during the interview process.

What should I expect during the program?As a TN Marketing intern, you’ll work alongside 3 other interns on daily tasks and projects assigned by your manager. You’ll participate in bi-weekly check-in meetings with all interns and report to your manager that will provide guidance throughout your internship program. Outside of your internship responsibilities, you’ll get to participate in tons of fun activities! Our team has been known to host a mean potluck, organize summer boat parties, have donuts at the office, and give away prizes at our company events.

What happens at the end of the program?Following the successful completion of your internship, you’ll be eligible to submit a request to receive valuable college credit and receive a bonus payment.
